Aam Panna

500 g Raw mango pieces without skin

2 1/2 cups Water

250 g Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Black Salt

2 tbsp Cumin powder

8-10 Mint leaves


3Pressure cook all the above mentioned ingredients together except salt and sugar.

4Cook for 8-10 minutes.Turn off the heat. Let it cool well.

5In a blender, blend the cooked mangoes, sugar and salt. Pass it through a strainer.

6This can be refrigerated.

7Take 2-3 tbsp of Aam Panna . Add a glass of cold water/ tonic . Serve chilled.
