Baked Masala Cashew Nuts

500 g Unsalted Cashew Nuts

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Ghee

1 tsp Dry ginger powder

1 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp Chaat masala

Salt to taste

8- 10 Curry leaves


1Pre heat the oven at 140 degree C for 10 mins. Turn on the fan mode.

2Line a rectangular baking tin with parchment sheet.

3In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.

4Transfer it to the prepared tin.

5Bake for 20-25 minutes.

6Remove the tin from the oven. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
