1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.
2Sift the dry ingredients thrice.
3Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan.
4Cream butter and sugar.
5Add chamomile flowers and lemon zest.
6Now fold in the sifted flour and water.
7Using a spatula, gently fold in the batter. Do not stir the batter.
8Transfer the batter into the prepared tin.
9Place it into the oven. Bake for 35- 40 minutes at 150 degrees C.
