Chicken Basil Fried Rice

2 cups Cooked Basmati Rice

1/2 cup Shredded Chicken

4 Bacon strips

1/4 cup Onion chopped

2 tbsp Green chillies chopped

1/2 tbsp Ginger chopped

2 tbsp Garlic chopped

3 tbsp Fresh Basil leaves chopped

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Chilli sauce

3 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste


2Take a heavy bottom pan. Heat on medium flame. Add oil.

3Add ginger, garlic and green chillies.

4Stir for a minute on low flame. Add chicken and bacon. Keep stirring.

5Add the rest of the ingredients.

6Stir well for 3-4 minutes on high flame. Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
