Chicken Fried Rice

2 cups Cooked basmati rice

1/4 cup Onion chopped finely

1 tbsp Garlic chopped

2 tsp Ginger chopped

2 tbsp Green chilli chopped

1 tsp Ground pepper

1/4 cup Cabbage finely sliced

1/4 cup Spring onion chopped

1/2 cup Boneless shredded chicken (shredded)

2-3 tbsp Thick chicken stock

1 tsp Vinegar

2 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Green chilli sauce

Sugar - a pinch

Salt to taste

3 tbsp Oil


1Keep all the ingredients ready.

2Heat a heavy bottom frying pan.

3Add oil. Add chicken. Stir well on high heat.

4Add soy sauce , vinegar, chicken stock, and green chilli sauce.

5Now add all the chopped ingredients and salt.

6Stir on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

7Add the cooked rice.

8Stir well on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
