For the dough
1Keep the stand mixer ready. Add all the ingredients except toasted walnuts and oil.
2Knead for 8-10 minutes. Add 1-2 tbsp of water if the dough is too stiff.
3Add oil and knead for 4- 5 minutes until the dough is shiny and elastic.
4Cover the jar with cling film and let the dough double in volume .
5Punch down the dough gently. Add coarsely ground toasted almonds. Knead for a minute or two.
6Grease and dust two loaf tins.
7Divide the dough into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a loaf. Transfer the loaves into the prepared tin. Let it proof.
8Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C.
9Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
10Turn off the oven.
11Take the loaves out of the tin. Let the loaves cool well for 3-4 hours.
12For Honey Butter, mix together honey, salted butter and orange zest well.
13Slice the bread evenly. Apply honey butter on both side using a brush.
14Prepare a rectangular baking tin . Line with parchment sheet.
15Transfer the bread slices to the prepared tin.
16Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.Turn on the fan mode.
17Bake for 40-50 minutes at 140 degrees C or until the bread slices are crisp.
