Hibiscus Ginger Syrup

2 tbsp Hibiscus flower powder

1 1/2 cup Water

1 tsp Finely sliced ginger

3/4 cup Sugar

1 cup Coconut water

Lemon juice


1In a saucepan, boil water, hibiscus powder, ginger and sugar for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

2Turn off the heat. Let it cool well. Refrigerate it overnight.

3Strain the liquid the next day.

4 Add 2-3 tbsp of hibiscus syrup to 1 cup of chilled coconut water. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice. Add ice cubes. Stir well and serve.
