Peanut butter Apple Raisin Cake

1 1/2 cup Self raising flour

1/4 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 cup Peanut butter

1/3 cup Refined oil

1 Egg

3/4 cup Granulated sugar

1/2 cup Apple peeled and cut into small pieces

1/4 cup Raisins

1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder

3/4 tbsp Apple Cidar Vinegar

6 tbsp Milk/Water


1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust a 8” pan or a loaf tin.

2Sift the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder thrice .Keep it aside.

3Cream peanut butter, oil and sugar well.

4Add gently beaten eggs.

5Now fold in flour, raisins, apple Cidar vinegar and milk/ water.

6Add 1-2 tbsp of extra water if the batter is too thick.

7Transfer it to the prepared tin.

8Bake for 40-45 minutes at 150 degrees C or until done.
