Rose Milk Chocolate Cake

125 g All purpose flour/ Maida

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/8 tsp Baking soda

110 g Salted butter

100 g Granulated sugar

2 Egg

2 tbsp Rose milk powder

2 tbsp Cocoa powder

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp Vanilla essence

3 tbsp Milk


1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

2Prepare the cupcakes moulds/ liners. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice.

3Cream butter and sugar and sugar well.

4Add gently beaten eggs. Beat for 2 minutes.

5Fold in the flour, milk and ACV.

6Using a spatula gently mix the batter. Add vanilla essence.

7Do not stir the batter. Add 1-2 tbsp of extra milk if the batter is too thick.

8Divide the batter into two equal portions.

9Add rose milk powder into one portion. Mix it gently.

10To the other, add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.

11Add 1 tbsp of extra milk if the batter is too thick. Now spoon in both the flavours into the prepared cupcake moulds or liners. Bake at 150 degrees C for 18-20 minutes or until done.
