Rosemary Garlic Flavoured Oil

1 cup Olive Oil

Fresh Rosemary leaves

1 tbsp Lemon zest

3 Lemon slices

3-4 Garlic

6-7 Black pepper corns

1 tsp Pink Rock Salt


2Take a clean dry bottle with an air tight cap.

3First drop all the ingredients into the bottle. Then slowly pour the oil into the bottle. Close the bottle tightly.

4Keep it outside for 2 days.

5Can be refrigerated for 10 days.
