1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.
2Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan.
3Sift the flour baking soda, baking powder, ginger powder and nutmeg thrice.
4Cream butter, orange zest and sugar well.
5Add gently beaten eggs. Add honey.
6Fold in flour and orange juice.
7Now add roasted walnuts.
8Transfer it to the prepared tin.
9Bake at 150 degrees C for 30/35 minutes.
