Spicy Soy Chicken

2 cup Boneless chicken pieces

1/2 cup Onion sliced

2 tbsp Garlic paste

1 tbsp Ginger

2 tbsp Red chilli paste

1 tsp Vinegar

3-4 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tsp Ground pepper

1/2 tsp Sugar

Salt to taste

3-4 tbsp Oil


1Keep all the ingredients ready.

2Heat a heavy bottom frying pan. Add oil.

3Add red chilli paste, garlic paste and ginger paste.

4Fry for a minute or two on high heat.

5Add the chicken pieces.

6Let it cook on medium flame.

7Now add the rest of the ingredients.

8Keep stirring.

9Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
