2In a bowl mix all the ingredients together very gently.
3Knead for a minute or two without applying pressure. Add 1tbsp of water if the dough is too stiff.
4Divide the dough into two portions. Cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.
6Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
7Now, place the dough between two sheets of cling wrap and roll out thin using a rolling pin.
8Cut it into small squares. Transfer them to the prepared tin.
9Place the tin in the oven . Bake for 18-20 minutes at 140 degrees C.
