Chocolate Raisin Cake

Ingredients

1 cup All purpose flour/Maida

1/4 cup Cocoa powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

3/4 cup Granulated sugar

1/4 cup Curd

1/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Raisins chopped

1 Egg

Tonovin essence- few drops

Directions

1Sift all the dry ingredients together thrice.

2Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan. Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

3Beat curd and water into smooth liquid.

4Mix all the ingredients together using a spatula or a hand mixer.

5Place it into the oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes.
