5Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
6Take a tablespoon of dough. Shape it into a cookie.
7Transfer it to the prepared tin.
8Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
9Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.
10Bake the cookies for 18-20 minutes.
11Turn off the oven. Allow the cookies to cool well.
