Dehydrated raw mango mint ice cream

This flavor packed ice cream is eggless and condensed milk is not added .

Mango and fresh mint flavor goes very well .

  • Prep: 30 mins

Ingredients

1 cup Milk

1/3 cup Granulated sugar

1 tbsp Water

1 tbsp Cornflour

1 1/2 tbsp Fresh mint paste without water

1 1/2 tbsp Dehydrated raw mango paste

1/2 cup Whipping cream

Directions

1In a saucepan boil milk and reduce it to 3/4 cup .Keep it aside . Mix corn flour in one tbsp water and add this to boiled milk . Keep stirring .Heat it for a minute , Turn off the flame . Pass it through the sieve and let it cool . Place it into a bowl of ice cold water. Cover it with cling film and refrigerate.

2Keep the mint paste and mango paste ready .

3Beat the whipping cream until stiff.

4Now add the custard, continue beating . Finally add mint paste and mango paste .

5Transfer it into a airtight container and freeze it atleast for 6-8 hrs

Thankyou Divya ..Dehydrated fruits are available in dry fruit shops..They are not homemade ..
