Sandwich bread… (eggless & dairy-free)

This sandwich bread has perfect crumb and texture .It is soft and light .
Also it is eggless and dairy - free ..

- Cook: 35 mins
1In a bowl ,mix flour ,yeast ,sugar and salt .
2Mix it well .
3Add warm water and knead for 6-7 minutes .
4Add oil and knead for 3-4 minutes .
5Shape it into a ball . Apply oil and transfer it into a well oiled bowl . Cover it with cling film and wait for the first rise .
6Let it double in size .
7Gently punch down the dough and knead it for a minute or two .
8Using a rolling pin , roll it into rectangle shape and roll the dough tightly into log shape .
9Transfer it into a loaf tin . Cover it with cling film and wait for the second rise . Let it rise . I used 8"x 3.5" loaf tin .
10Meanwhile pre heat the oven at 180 degree C for 10 -12 minutes . Apply water on the risen dough using a brush and cover the tin with aluminum foil .
11Place the tin on the bottom rack of the oven and bake for 30 minutes , Now take the tin out , remove the aluminum foil and apply butter /milk /eggwash it . Place it back in the oven ( without the aluminum foil) and bake it for another 5-6 minutes until the top is evenly brown in colour .
12Transfer it to a wire rack and apply butter or oil with a brush . Allow it to cool at least for 2-3 hrs before slicing .
