1In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2Knead for a minute or two without applying pressure.
3Divide the dough into two portions.
4Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5Now, after 30 minutes remove the dough from the refrigerator.
6Place one portion of the dough between two sheets of cling film. Roll out thin.
7Shape the dough into desired shape.
8Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet. Transfer the cracker dough into the prepared tin. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
9Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C with the fan mode on for 15 minutes.
10Bake the crackers at 140 degrees C for 20-22 minutes .
