EmailTweet 1 Full-screen Almond Coconut Granola By shanobiju Granola February 28, 2019 Ingredients2 cups Gluten free rolled Oats1 cup Freshly grated coconut 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds 1 1/2 tbsp Dry ginger powder 1 cup Raisins 1/3 cup Coconut oil3/4 cup Salted Pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup Honey 1 tsp Salt Directions1Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.2Mix all the ingredients together except raisins.3Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.4Transfer the oats mixture into the prepared tin.5Spread it evenly.6Place it into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.7Keep stirring the mixture every 10 minutes.8Now add the raisins.
