EmailTweet 1 Full-screen Fruit and Nut Granola By shanobiju Granola September 1, 2018 Ingredients2 cup Rolled Oats1/4 cup Cashew nut chopped 1/4 cup Almonds chopped 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped 2 tsp Cinnamon powder 1/3 cup Dried fruits (prunes, dehydrated apples, apricots) 1/4 cup Orange juice 1/2 cup Maple syrup 4 tbsp Refined oil/ Coconut oil1 1/2 tsp Salt Directions1Pulse cashew nuts, walnuts and almonds for a minute.2Heat maple syrup, oil and orange juice together on low flame. Let it cool.3Mix all the ingredients except dry fruits.4Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.
