Fruit and Nut Granola

2 cup Rolled Oats

1/4 cup Cashew nut chopped

1/4 cup Almonds chopped

1/4 cup Walnuts chopped

2 tsp Cinnamon powder

1/3 cup Dried fruits (prunes, dehydrated apples, apricots)

1/4 cup Orange juice

1/2 cup Maple syrup

4 tbsp Refined oil/ Coconut oil

1 1/2 tsp Salt


1Pulse cashew nuts, walnuts and almonds for a minute.

2Heat maple syrup, oil and orange juice together on low flame. Let it cool.

3Mix all the ingredients except dry fruits.

4Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C. Turn on the fan mode.

5Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

6Spread it evenly.

7Bake for 20-25 minutes.

8Remove the tin from the oven.Now add the dried fruits.

9Bake for another 15 minutes.

10Remove the tin from the oven and let it cool.
