Handmade Egg Noodles

1 1/2 cup All purpose flour

1 Egg

2 tbsp Cold water

1 tsp Salt


2Mix all the ingredients above mentioned together.

3Knead for 5-6 minutes.

4Shape it into a ball. Cling wrap the dough. Refrigerate. Let the dough rest for 30 -40 minutes.

5Divide the chilled dough into 2 pieces and work with one half of the dough at a time.

6Roll out the dough as thin as possible using a rolling pin. Dust the dough with flour while rolling.

7Using a sharp knife cut into thin strips.

8Let the noodles dry for an hour.

9Boil the noodles in hot water for 3-4 minutes . Drain and serve.
