1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan. Sift the dry ingredients thrice.
2Cream butter and sugar well .
3Add the gently beaten egg.
4Fold in sifted flour, curd, water and orange juice.
5Gently fold the batter. Divide the batter into two portions. Add cocoa powder to one portion. Add 1 tbsp of water if the batter is too thick.
6Spoon in both the batter into the prepared pan. Give a gentle swirl with a toothpick.
7Bake for 35-40 minutes at 150 degrees C.
