Pistachio Honey Cookies

2 1/2 cups All purpose flour

1 cup Pistachios finely ground

3/4 cup Salted Butter

1/2 cup Honey

1/3 cup Brown sugar

1 Egg

2 tbsp Dry ginger powder


2Cream butter and sugar well. Add lightly beaten egg.

3Add flour and rest of the ingredients.

4Knead them gently for a minute.

5Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

6Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

7Take 1 tbsp of dough. Shape them into desired cookies.

8Transfer them to the prepared tin.

9Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

10Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C . Turn on the fan mode.

11Bake the cookies for 18-21 minutes.

12Turn off the oven. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Let them cool well.
