Quinoa Flaxseed Dryfruits Granola

2 cups Quinoa

1 cup Cranberry

1/2 cup Flaxseed

1/2 cup Mashed Banana

1/4 cup Orange juice

1/3 cup Honey

1/3 cup Refined oil/ Coconut oil/ Groundnut oil


1Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C. Turn on the fan mode.

2Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet. Keep it aside.

3Take a heavy bottom saucepan. Stir honey and oil together. Heat on low flame for a minute or two. Turn off the heat .

4Now mix all the ingredients together. Transfer it to the prepared tin.

5Bake for 30-35 minutes at 140 degrees C.
