2Keep the stand mixer bowl ready. Add all the ingredients except beer and oil.
3Knead on low speed for 2-3 minutes. Add slightly warm beer.
4Knead on medium speed for 8-10 minutes. Add oil. Knead for another 4-5 minutes.
5Cling wrap the mixer bowl. Let the dough rise and double in volume.
6Now, gently punch down the dough. Knead for 2-3 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions each weighing around 65 gms. Shape them into balls.
7Grease and dust a 9” aluminium pan . Line with parchment sheet.
8Place the balls into the prepared tin. Let it double in volume.
9Meanwhile, Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C with both the rods on.
10Place the tin in the oven.
11Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
12Apply salted butter liberally.
