Soft ,dark & moist chocolate cake ..

This cake is very soft and moist .This can be frosted too .Fresh cream is added instead of butter .
- Prep: 20 mins
- Cook: 40 mins
1Prepare a 8 " cake tin . Sift cocoa powder ,flour and baking powder thrice . Powder the sugar and sift it . Separate egg whites and yolks . Beat egg whites until stiff . Pre heat the oven at 160 degree C .
2Beat the cream and powdered sugar. Add beaten egg yolks . Add grape essense . Fold in flour mixture .Do not stir , Gently fold in egg whites .
3Transfer the batter to the prepared cake tin and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
