Directions
3Keep the stand mixer ready.
4Knead all the ingredients except oil for 10-12 minutes.
5Add oil. Knead for another 4-5 minutes.
6Cover the dough with cling wrap and let the dough rise.
7Now, punch down the dough gently. Knead for a minute or two.
8Divide the dough into even sized balls.
9Grease and dust a rectangular tin.
10Transfer the prepared balls to the prepared tin.
11Cling wrap the tin. Let the dough rise.
12Meanwhile pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C.
13Place the tin in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
14Apply butter on top. Bake until the crown is golden brown in colour.
15Remove from oven. Let the buns cool well.
